Mary F. Caloway
Mary Caloway, resident in the firm’s Delaware office, focuses her practice on commercial bankruptcy and restructuring. She has represented debtors, equity holders, creditors' committees, secured lenders, creditors, asset acquirers, and other parties in interest in a number of national cases. She has particular expertise in representing foreign representatives for numerous international debtors in connection with chapter 15 proceedings. Mary received her undergraduate degree at University of Delaware and her J.D. at Widener University School of Law.
