Robert B. Orgel
Robert Orgel, resident in the firm’s Los Angeles office, has represented a variety of constituencies in chapter 11 cases, including creditors, trustees, official committees, and publicly traded and privately held company debtors. Rob has been listed in Best Lawyers in America every year since 2010 and has been named a Super Lawyer in a peer survey conducted by Law and Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine every year since 2005. Martindale-Hubbell has granted Rob an AV Preeminent Peer Rating, its highest recognition for ethical standards and legal ability. Rob served as a judicial clerk for a federal district court Judge in Hawaii, received his JD from UCLA School of Law, and holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College.
