Steve Golden will be a panelist at this year’s National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges taking place in Seattle, Washington from September 18 to 20, 2024. The panel, titled “Is There an App for That? Good News – the Answer is, ‘Yes!’: Pro Bono Meets Tech,” is sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA). Steve will speak alongside co-panelists Judge Sandra Klein (CDCA) and William Kransdorf (Director of the New York City Bankruptcy Assistance Project, Legal Services NYC), while Judge Elizabeth S. Stong (EDNY) will moderate.
The panel aims to unpack the ways technological advancements, including AI, will impact the legal field as it relates to potential use in pro bono representations – either by increasing access to justice or creating potential pitfalls.
