Representation of Wynn Las Vegas and Steve Wynn, the largest creditors of GGW Brands LLC and its subsidiaries in connection with GGW’s chapter 11 cases in the Central District of California. The company was the producer and distributor of “Girls Gone Wild” and other adult entertainment through web, pay-per-view and DVD platforms. The firm successfully obtained the appointment of a trustee to take control of GGW’s business, which ultimately was sold in order to pay creditors’ claims.
