Fuse Media

The firm was debtors’ counsel in the chapter 11 bankruptcy of Fuse Media, Inc. The debtor, backed by singer Jennifer Lopez, was a digital cable and satellite television company that filed for bankruptcy protection after its flagship cable network was dropped by major pay-TV providers. At the time of its filing, Fuse Media listed $201,200,000 in assets against $242,000,000 in debt. A judge in Delaware bankruptcy court approved a debt-cutting plan that would allow bondholders to swap their claims for equity in the reorganized business.
