Yueting Jia
Representation of Yueting Jia in his individual chapter 11 case in the Central District of California. Served as restructuring co-counsel to Yueting “YT” Jia, a Chinese technology entrepreneur and founder of Faraday Future. Mr. Jia’s chapter 11 reorganization plan—confirmed after just seven months—restructured over $3 billion in debt held almost entirely by creditors located in the People’s Republic of China through creative alignment of interests of Mr. Jia’s and Faraday Future’s creditors. PSZJ’s work in Mr. Jia’s successful reorganization was recognized at Global M&A Network’s 13th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards as “Cross-Border Turnaround of the Year.”
