Representation of the the ad hoc committee of bondholders in the chapter 11 case of Nortel, an international telecommunications and electronics company with approximately $21 billion of assets, filed in the District of Delaware. Nortel’s chapter 11 case filed in Delaware with a related CCAA proceeding in Canada, European proceedings in the U.K., and other related bankruptcy proceedings around the world. The U.S. and the CCAA hearings were conducted simultaneously through video conferencing between the Delaware bankruptcy court and the Canadian High Court. The debtors sold their assets.
